How long have you been planning weddings and events?

We've been planning weddings and events since August 2017

I have already dreamed of planning my own wedding, why do I need a wedding planner?

Our intention is not to steal your dream haha. On a serious note, it is more about the execution of your vision and small surprises that a professional knows to watch for. Plus, how will you be au four et au moulin? In other words, how will you have fun while stressing? All our packages offer an opportunity for you to be as much or less involved as you would like to be. The sweet side is that we do the things that you didn’t dream of doing while you only do what you desire to do. 

How do I choose a good events planner? 

If you ask me, it is all about the peace you get when you speak with them. Ask for a consultation over the phone or in person and ask all your questions and pay close attention to how you feel in their presence. It is very important that you feel comfortable and at peace when you are in their presence because you will be sharing some personal information with them and they will help you plan one of THE most important day of your life ( and perhaps THE most expensive day in your life). For that very reason, here at Weddings & Events by Passy, we offer a free initial consultation in order to see how well we can work together. So choose well.

My venue already provides an event coordinator, do I still need an event planner?

Nope! Your day is yours. We want to focus on you and give you our 100%, nothing less. Also, on the day of your event, you get the lead planner and coordinator that you would have met before. This gives you peace of mind in knowing that the person to whom you explained your vision will be the one present on the day of. 

My wedding is already so expensive, am I going to afford your services? 

Yes, we will work something out. This work is our true passion. We do it because we love it. We have 4 different packages with below the market prices. We invite you to look at them, identify your needs, look at the price, then let’s talk. Maybe something a la carte will fit better with your budget. Or maybe La totale is just what you need. One thing we can tell you is that you will not regret investing in our services. 

We pride ourselves in being able to work with all types of budget. We are happy to offer you a custom service that will fit perfectly in your budget. This is one of the things that sets us apart. We work with you, to make it work for you!

I know you serve the Ottawa/Gatineau region, but do you also travel? 

If we can come to your event, we will. Let’s talk. 

When should I book your services? 

As soon as you have a date. The first two things you want to secure are the planner and the venue. We can work on the rest as a team.

Send us an email to book you a free consultation. In that meeting we will discuss your vision, your budget, your event, the number of guests, what we can offer…If we decide that we want to work together, we book your date, you pay a deposit  and we take it from there.
